Egypt’s Agriculture Minister El Sayed el Qusair took part in the 47th meeting of the Arab Authority for Agricultural Investment and Development (AAAID) council, that was held in Rabat under the sponsorship of King Mohamed VI of Morocco.
Qusair also took part in the opening session of Arab financial institutions and funds.
The meeting discussed the annual report of the authority, its final accounts as well as future plans of agricultural projects.
New members of the authority board were elected.
Established in 1976, the AAAID is composed of 21 Arab member states which contribute to its capital. As a professional institution, the AAAID exercises the highest levels of applying the principles of governance and transparency, as well as adopting the best management practices.
