CAIRO — Agriculture Minister Alaa Farouq had a meeting with a high-level delegation of Kuwait’s Alghanim investment group to discuss ways to increase the group’s investments in Egypt.
The minister said the state backs encouraging local and foreign investments, particularly Arab ones, lauding good ties between Egypt and Kuwait under the wise leadership of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi and the Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al Sabah.
He also shed light on efforts and reforms made by the government to attract more investors in several fields, namely agriculture-related domains.
The delegation members voiced their keenness to invest in different fields in Egypt.
