CAIRO – Arab League Secretary General Ahmed Abul Gheit offered condolences to Algeria over wildfire victims, a well-placed source at AL said on Wednesday to according to MENA.
In a message to Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune, he wished those injured speedy recovery.
Abul Gheit sent a similar message to Algerian Foreign Minister Ramtane Lamamra to underline the Arab League’s full solidarity with Algeria.
He stressed confidence in the Algerian leadership’s ability to overcome the repercussions of this ordeal.
