CEO of the General Authority For Investment and Free Zones (GAFI) Mohamed Abdel Wahab said the authority is working on several axes to improve the investment climate and lure foreign investments.
The authority is working on supporting investment entities and developing investment services, he said.
He noted that the authority issued a number of decisions in this regard, including facilitating measures on reviewing the minutes of the meetings of the general assembly and boards as well as reducing the time of offering some services at GAFI.
He made the remarks during an open dialogue with the heads of major accounting and lawyers offices, according to a cabinet statement on Wednesday.
The talks tackled the measures taken to improve the investment climate in Egypt alongside some new decisions taken by GAFI.
