The meetings of the 31st round of the executive office of the Ministerial Arab Council for Tourism started on Monday under Egyptian Tourism Minister Ahmed Essa.
The meeting tackles a number of issues listed on the agenda of the 25th round of the Ministerial Arab Council for Tourism due on Tuesday which will contribute to activating joint Arab work in the sector of tourism, supporting the tourism sector in Palestine, promoting the sector of tourism and traveling in the Arab world, the implementation of the strategic plan for development in al Quds 2018-2022, providing training programs for cadres in the sector of tourism in the Arab countries, developing Arab environmental cooperation in the field of tourism, improving the quality of touristic education and training and the vision of Arab joint touristic work.
The office will discuss selecting the Arab tourism capital for 2022.
The executive office includes Egypt, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, Algeria, Iraq, Palestine and Morocco.
