Egypt’s Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities Assem el Gazzar said a total of 25 drinking water and sewage projects are being implemented by the ministry’s National Authority for Potable Water and Sewage in Sharqiya governorate.
In a statement Wednesday, the minister said that these projects aim to serve Sharqiya governorate’s residents, noting that four projects have already been completed.
The projects came as part of the “Decent Life” initiative to develop the Egyptian countryside, said the minister.
