DAMIETTA, Egypt – As many as 25 container ships and cargo vessels were handled at Damietta Port in the past 24 hours.
In a statement released on Saturday, the Damietta Port Authority said the total trade volume of exported goods from the port reached 24, 880 tonnes.
Meanwhile, the total trade volume of imported goods into the port recorded 28,095 tonnes, according to the statement.
Wheat reserves at private sector warehouses registered 245,764 tonnes
