CAIRO – The volume of trade exchange between Egypt and Saudi Arabia increased to reach 9.5 billion dollars within the first 11 months of 2022 against 7.9 billion dollars in the same period in 2021, marking a 19.1% rise, according to the Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics (CAPMAS).
The value of Egyptian exports to Saudi Arabia recorded 2.2 billion dollars in the first 11 months of 2022 in comparison to 2 billion dollars during the same period in 2021 with an increase of 7.5%.
Egyptian imports from Saudi Arabia reached 7.3 billion dollars in 2022 in comparison to 5.9 billion dollars in 2021, marking a 23.2 per cent rise.
