CAIRO – The US dollar exchange rate was stable at the beginning of Sunday’s transactions at Egypt’s major banks.
According to the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE), the average dollar rate at the Egyptian market registered EGP 18.43 for buying and EGP 18.54 for selling.
At the National Bank of Egypt (NBE) and Banque Misr, the dollar rate remained stable, recording EGP 18.45 for buying and EGP 18.51 for selling.
The dollar rate also registered EGP 18.45 for buying and EGP 18.53 for selling at the Commercial International Bank (CIB).
The Euro price registered EGP 19.34 for buying and EGP 19.61 for selling at the Banque Misr and the NBE.
At the CIB, the euro price was EGP 19.34 for buying and EGP 19.63 for selling.
Meanwhile, the Pound Sterling registered EGP 22.65 for buying and EGP 22.91 for selling at the Banque Misr and the NBE.
The Saudi riyal price stood at EGP 4.91 for buying and EGP 4.93 for selling.
