CAIRO – Egypt’s Transport Minister Kamel el-Wazir had a meeting with delegations of 10 British companies to probe investment opportunities in the transport sector.
The meeting, held on Thursday, included the delegations of SRS, Gleeds, Acteon, ASGC, Mott McDonald and IT Transport corporations, which are operating in the fields of roads, infrastructure, engineering consultancies, energy and environment.
The representatives of the British companies voiced their desire and willingness to co-operate with the Egyptian Ministry of Transport in different domains of transport.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the Egyptian-British chamber and heads of maritime, railways and metro authorities.
The minister also reviewed promising opportunities to enhance co-operation with the British companies in different fields.
