Arab Developers Holding, a leading real estate developer, has partnered with Nasaaem Medical Group to establish a cutting-edge medical center at Park Mall in Nyoum New Cairo. This collaboration aligns with the company’s strategy to optimize asset utilization while enhancing healthcare services in East Cairo. It also marks the beginning of a long-term alliance with Nasaaem Medical Group’s hospital network across various Arab Developers Holding projects.
The signing ceremony was attended by key executives, including Mr. Gamal Fathallah, Chairman of Arab Developers Holding; Dr. Ayman Bin Khalifa, Group CEO and Managing Director of Arab Developers Holding; Dr. Muhammad Ahmed Ahmed Ghaloush, Chairman of Nasaaem Medical Services Company; and Engineer Aman Lashin, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.
A 1,940-square-meter space within Park Mall has been designated for the development of this fully integrated medical center, featuring 35 specialized clinics, a diagnostic laboratory, a radiology center, a physiotherapy unit, a pharmacy, an optics store, and a dedicated emergency and reception unit.
