The Khaled Sabry Holding Group opened a new headquarters in Concorde Plaza Mall in New Cairo, in the presence of a set of businessmen and members of the New Cairo Developers Association and the New Administrative Capital.
Celebrating the new opening, Khaled Sabry, chairperson of the company, announced that the company launches its second project in the New Administrative Capital. Named the ‘RYAN TOWER’, the project will be in the Central Business District (CBD) area in front of the iconic tower.
He explained out that the launch follows the great success that the company’s first project in NAC “Ronza Tower” has seen, and supports the company’s expansion plan there; hence the interests of all customers with the Administrative Capital.
Comprising a ground floor and 14 upper floors, the project includes administrative, commercial, medical and hotel units, with a sales area of 17,900 square metres. The spaces start from 40 square metres
He stressed out that the company has an ambitious plan to implement a distinctive project in the CBD area that meets the needs of the target customers and through which the company will provide a business environment that helps perform tasks.
He stressed that the Administrative Capital for Urban Development Company supports investors working in the new capital and deals flexibly and fairly with them in a way that supports the current plans of investors and encourages them to repeat the experience.
“With the government’s relocation to the New Capital, the investments will witness a large boom,” he expects.
He unveiled that there is a distinct demand for investment in commercial and administrative units with a high and guaranteed investment return in the New Capital, which also contributes to pushing the company to add a third project there, which will be announced soon.
