TLD-The Land Developers sealed a co-operation protocol worth LE 150mln with B-Tech, Egypt market’s leader in selling and distributing electrical and electronic appliances.
The agreement was signed by TLD-The Land Developers chairperson and Member of Parliament Mr. Ahmed El- Tayebi and B-Tech managing director and Chairperson Dr. Mahmoud Khattab.
The protocol is a new step to speed up the implementation of the state’s development plan for the New
Administrative Capital City and to incentivize customers to move and live there.

iscounts on electric and electronic appliances from all B-Tech branches, together with myriad payment schemes.
On the other hand, the protocol provides B-Tech customers with trailblazing discounts and offers for residential or service units at TLD-The Land Developers’ projects.
On the other hand, TLD-The Land Developers chairperson and Parliament Member Mr. Ahmed Al- Tayebi said:” We are glad to work with B-Tech, Egypt market leader in selling and distributing electric and electronic appliances, in line with our company’s keenness to introduce quality services to meet needs of our existing and future customers, as the protocol is applicable to all Armonia’s customers in need of residential and service units, be they the existing 700 clients or those who will enter into agreements later on.”
” All our clients will receive vouchers with discounts and distinguished offers, as they may signs contracts with any B-Tech branches nationwide, and other mechanisms will be put in place to solidify collaboration between the two parties in the group’s entire residential, coastal or service projects.”
Furthermore, B-Tech chairperson and managing director Dr. Mahmoud Khattab hailed the protocol, and said:” Our cooperation with TLD-The Land Developers whose shareholders obtain a high-profile track record in several investment sectors that enriched the national economy is one step we took towards realizing the goal of coming as close as possible to our clients and to provide them with the best offers in line with our strategic ambitious plan, as they will get noticeable discounts for contracts they make over Armonia units, together with excellent payment schemes.”
