“Al-Fath Group” for real estate development and project management signed a cooperation protocol with the “ECG” company, a group of consulting engineers, to supervise the implementation of its new project “AMAZ BUSINESS COMPLEX” in the New Administrative Capital.
Built on a total area of 5,831 meters at an investment cost of LE800 million, the complex is in the best location in the Downtown area of the New Capital, steps away from the Green River, Mohammed bin Zayed axis, Egypt Mosque and Al-Masa Hotel.
For his part, Mr Salah El-Din El-Hilali, Board Chairman of Al-Fath Group, said that the signing of this agreement stems from the company’s keenness to produce a real estate product that takes into account all means of success, excellence and mastery, as usual in the company’s projects implemented over the past 30 years.
The ECG, considered one of the largest engineering consultancy firms in the world, will supervise the implementation of projects owned by the company, especially the AMAZ BUSINESS COMPLEX project, at the beginning of the new year 2022.
Al-Hilali affirmed his company’s keenness to participate in the development and renaissance process that Egypt is witnessing at present and the state’s strategic plan, which aims at expanding the geographical dimension through the establishment of fourth-generation cities.
Hilali also referred to the company’s plans to diversify its project portfolio to suit the real estate market changes along with diversifying the real estate products in the Administrative Capital as well as New Alamein City.
On the reasons for choosing “ECG”, the Board Vice Chairman, Abdullah Al-Hilali, revealed out that this comes within the company’s eagerness to provide the strongest real estate product in the market that meets the needs of its customers’ needs; hence the EGG commitment to international quality standards and technical specifications.
