ACG-CBE, the organiser of The Real Gate Conference and Exhibition, held a press conference to announce the details of Egypt’s biggest real estate event held under the patronage of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, President of the Republic. The press conference addressed all aspects of the exhibition taking place from March 25 to 27 at Egypt International Exhibition Centre. ACG-CBE is a joint venture between ACG-ITF; the leading company specialised in organising exhibitions and conferences, and Coldwell Banker Group; the leading real estate consultancy firm.
The press conference highlighted all activities of The Real Gate that will provide exceptional investment opportunities as the Egyptian real estate industry continues to grow exponentially amid increasing demand for real estate. This growth aligns with Egypt Vision 2030 that considers urban development as a key pillar for growth and real estate developers as an integral part of it with mega projects being launched across Egypt especially in new areas and fourth-generation cities.
Ahmed Ghozzi, President of ACG-ITF and co-organiser of the Real Gate Exhibition, stated that hosting the exhibition under the patronage of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, confirms the attention the state is paying towards urban development as a part of the national growth strategy. He highlighted that real estate exhibitions play a significant role in the sales rates of real estate developers explaining that the Real Gate will provide offers and payment facilities catering to the demands of different segments of society who wish to own housing units. He also affirmed that strict precautionary measures will be implemented during the exhibition to ensure the safety of visitors as a top priority. Ghozzi concluded his speech by thanking all real estate developers for their belief in the importance of launching The Real Gate Conference and Exhibition and hailed their eagerness to participate and launch major projects for the first time during the exhibition.
