The Safwa Urban Development (SUD) Company has joined the Administrative Capital for Urban Development (ACUD) at the first real estate sector symposium in the Egyptian pavilion at “Expo Dubai 2020”.
Held on October 13, 2021 under the title (The Administrative Capital – Smart Services), the symposium was chaired by Brigadier General Khaled Al-Husseini, the official spokesman for ACUD, who gave a detailed explanation of the New Administrative Capital, plans for implementation and the services available there.
He also referred to the selection of Safwa Urban Development (SUD) Company as one of the success partners among more than 400 developers working there.
“This selection is finalized as per certain criteria, foremost among which are commitment to performance rates and the absence of any problems, whether legal or financial or related to the implementation rates.
Separately, the SUD has held the second induction forum for the administrative capital in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, on October 15, 2021 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel.
Addressing the forum, Dr. Medhat Shalaby, SUD Board Chairman, articulated his gratitude to meet the Egyptian community in the United Arab Emirates, expressing the company’s belief in New Administrative Capital project since it was an idea proposed by President Abdel Fattah El Sisi at the economic conference held in Sharm El-Sheikh in 2015.
During the forum, Brigadier General Al-Husseini let the Egyptian community in UAE be very acquainted on the New Administrative Capital and clarified to them all services, roads, residential, administrative and diplomatic neighborhoods there.
The second induction forum for the new administrative capital is the second forum organized by SUD under the sponsorship and participation of ACUD. The first induction forum for the administrative capital was held in 2019 in the French capital, Paris, and the Austrian capital, Vienna.
