Prime Hospitality Management Group (PHMG), Egypt’s leading company in property rentals and hospitality management, with a focus on serviced apartment and holiday homes, has signed a co-operation protocol with “MQR” co-working spaces company.
Signing the pact were Mr Moataz Amin, Managing Director and CEO of PHMG, and Mr. Mohamed Nagy, Founder and Executive Director of MQR Company, a joint statement said, that the co-operation will be effective as of this month.
CEO Amin said: “The co-operation with “MQR” achieves integration between what the two companies manage of serviced apartments, holiday homes units and administrative co-working spaces, and allows individuals to be in a well-prepared work environment that helps increase productivity while allowing companies to maximise the potential of their work”.
He added that the two parties had agreed to work under the slogan of: “Stay@Prime and Work@MQR”.
The agreement is meant for PHMG to provide a new service for residents looking for a dedicated place to work. Through the agreement, MQR will provide memberships for PHMG customers to use all its branches all over the city.
In return, PHMG will provide accommodation with special prices to all MRQ clients; which are more than 5000 customers, MQR has 7 branches in Egypt; strategically located in Maadi, Heliopolis, New Cairo, Al-Rehab City, 6th of October City, El-Gouna, and Downtown.
CEO Amin pointed out that the contract comes within the company’s plan to provide unique value added services for its customers, and ensure best quality service provided during their stay at one of PHMG properties.
PHMG manages selective units or whole buildings for owners that want to lease, whether individuals or companies, and achieve high return on investment for them; hence the group’s experience in such a scope. The total number of serviced units that the group currently manages is 77 hotel units distributed among 4 brands, “Prime Residence, Prime Holidays, Prime Inn, and Prime Select”, in Cairo, North Coast, Ain Sokhna and in El-Gouna soon, and expected to be 155 units by 2021 and over 300 units by 2023, he said.
