O West, one of Orascom Development cities in the 6th of October region, takes part in Cityscape Egypt 2021, which is the largest international real estate exhibition in Egypt and the Middle East to be held during the period from September 22 to 25, 2021. During its participation, O West will offer fully-finished housing units in a unique location overlooking the O West Sports and Social Club in the heart of the city.
The participation of O West in the exhibition stems from the belief and keenness of Orascom Development to support and enrich the activities of the Egyptian real estate sector, and to the fact that the exhibition represents a good opportunity for investors from different countries to meet and interact.
Tarek Kamel, CEO of O West, said: “The participation of Orascom Development in general and O West in particular comes within the framework of the company’s endeavours to support economic development, and exchange experiences on how to transform challenges into opportunities by the public and private sectors, a matter that contributes to enriching the sector with many new innovations and ideas that make the Egyptian real estate sector unique in terms of components and determinants.”
“During our participation in the exhibition, we offer 700 distinguished housing units overlooking the O West Sports and Social Club,” he said.
Scheduled to be delivered within 4 years as fully furnished, the units feature a distinct view over the club, and have access to the walkway for cycling and jogging.
The company has recently laid the cornerstone of the O West Sports and Social Club – one of the largest clubs west of Cairo – in the presence of Minister of Youth and Sports Dr Asharaf Sobhi.
Located on an area of 38 acres, the investments in the club up to LE800 million.
