With adequate social distancing measures in place, leading real estate developers in Egypt form the high-profile line-up of Nextmove 2021’s fourth edition, which opened its doors to the public Thursday, Thursday 27th May 2021 for 3 days at the Cairo International Convention Centre (CICC) – Nasr City. Premium real estate developments, competitively priced units and unrivalled investment opportunities are among many other offerings expected to be showcased at the annual event organised by Informa Markets.

Informa Market is also the organiser of Cityscape Egypt which took place in November 2020 and is the most prestigious and influential real estate investment, development, and networking event in Egypt. The event achieved overwhelming success amid a clear commitment from exhibitors and visitors to the precautionary social distancing measure.

“This year’s edition of Nextmove will feature a significant group of renowned real estate developers from Egypt, presenting a wide selection of the latest real estate projects that fulfill the market needs and suit all visitors’ price points. The exhibition will also be offering exclusive deals as well as special payment plans,” says Faariss Khalil, Exhibition Manager of Nextmove.

The list of exhibitors includes: Akam Developments, Taj Misr Developments, Master Builder Group (MBG), Castle Development, Residence Developments, El Attal Holding, Nile Developments & Investment, Arqa Developments, New Plan Developments, Four Season Group Development For Real Estate, Al Salmaniya Development, La Verde Developments, Zahraa El Maadi Investment and Development Company, CCR Real Estate Development, Brouq Developments, Capital Link Development, Gates Developments, Mercon Developments to name a few.

“The exhibition’s timing coincides with some strong indicators of an economic recovery of the Egyptian market that we’re witnessing. This can be felt through a bundle of new governmental initiatives, laws and facilities supporting the real estate sector which are especially necessary due to the repercussions of the Covid pandemic,” Khalil added.
