New Plan Developments announced its success in achieving contractual sales of LE4 billion within 3 years of starting its operations in the Egyptian real estate market, and that the company aims to achieve LE1.8 billion of contractual sales during 2021. So far LE1.5 billion of the targeted sales has been achieved by August end, a senior company official said.
Eng Walid Khalil, Board Chairman of New Plan Developments, added that the company has a clear reconstruction and development strategy, focuses on defining the product that suits the target customer, and choosing the area that fits with the state’s plan for urban development, and at the same time has an investment future that provides save heaven to the client’s investments.
He added, in press statements, that the company is implementing a variety of projects in the New Administrative Capital; hence the importance of the project and its investment attractiveness, as well as the state’s endeavors to speed up the development of this project.
He pointed out that the New Plan was in the forefront of companies to invest there.
He revealed out that the total investment plan of the company during the current year amounts to about one billion pounds, in order to speed up the rates of implementation in its various projects and fulfill its contracts with clients.
He explained that the company is implementing the “Atika Compound” project, which is built on an area of 36 acres and includes 1,500 units.
Being implemented in 4 phases, the construction percentage of the project has reached 35%, and that the project is expected to be completed by 2023, he said, pointing out that the second phase of the Atika project was launched in cooperation with Lamborghini International; hence the company’s endeavor to cooperate with distinguished international brands.
He added that the company is implementing the Eleven Project, an administrative commercial project in the financial and business district. Run on an area of 7,000 square meters, the project includes a commercial mall and administrative units, scheduled to be delivered within three years.
In partnership with the Port Said governorate, the company is implementing the ÉCLAT, a residential project on an area of 40,000 square meters and comprising 350 housing units. 40% of the project has been marketed so far and that the project is scheduled to be delivered in full by May 2022.
He said that the company is participating in the Cityscape exhibition with a main focus on marketing new units, thanks to the strong opportunity for direct communication with customers.
