In the presence of a group of real estate marketing companies, the New Generation Real Estate Development Company celebrated the launch of the “Botanica” project in the New Administrative Capital, with targeted sales of LE2 billion.
The company has recently signed a strategic partnership contract with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ staff committee to develop and upgrade the “Botanica” project in the New Capital, said Eng. Ahmed Selim, CEO of New Generation.
He added that “built on an area of 23 feddans in the R7 area of the Administrative Capital, It is worth noting that the Botanica project is the last project in the R7 area, the project includes 1.000 residential units of various areas in addition to a commercial mall and fully finished hotel units. The project will be marketed in two sales phases after it was planned to be marketed on 5 stages, due to the high demand for the project during the initial reservation period”.
He pointed out that it is planned for the project to be start implemented within 3 months, and to be completed within 3 years, unveiling that “the price per square meter starts from LE9.200 up to LE12.000 for the first phase, according to the location and area of the unit. The company offers a payment system for 10 years”. CEO Selim spoken of the company plans to invest LE5 billion over the next five years in various projects.
He added that the New Capital, with its distinctive details announced by the state, was a dream when it was first launched, but the state was able, through strong efforts and an accelerated work volume, to implement advanced stages and multiple projects within the city in record time, which made the dream a true.
