Misr Italia Properties, one of the leading Egyptian real estate developers, announced the launch of two new phases at its flagship project “Vinci” in the New Capital, as part of its expansion plan for 2021. Spanning over 110 acres, Vinci New Capital is located at the heart of the Diplomatic District, adjacent to the presidential palace, ministries’ premises, Opera House, Massa Hotel, and the Regional Ring Road.
The new launches provide a wider range of units and services in the residential areas that will exceed expectations. Como Lakes offer standalone villas, twin houses, and townhouses with spaces varying from 256 m2 to 693 m2.
Imperia Gardens’ smart buildings provide a wide variety of exquisite homes to cater for different customers with spaces ranging between 138 m2 to 315 m2. The smart building will include Garden villas for ground and first floors, and the Sky Villas for the 4th& 5th floor and 6th& 7th floors. The apartments will be equipped with modern features and technologies, appealing to the modern Vinci community.

To this effect, Misr Italia Properties has collaborated with Hany Saad Innovations to carry out interior and exterior design works, and Purescape, DMA and Callison RTKL master planning, landscape design, urban planning and landscape works at Vinci New Capital.
With a total investment of LE2.3 billion for the two new phases, they will consist of a total of 818 units, with the construction works set to begin in 2022 and delivery set to start by 2024. Misr Italia Properties started the initial construction works for Vinci in 2019 with LE500 million investments. As part of the company’s investment plans for 2021, MIP aims to invest LE700 million to accelerate the construction works at Vinci New Capital
