Misr Italia Properties is introducing the 15-minute city concept in its groundbreaking project Il BOSCO City- New Cairo. The cutting-edge concept revolves aroundimproving the quality of life of its residents through giving them access to a wide range of services including educational, sports, lifestyle, shopping, and medicalwithin 15-minutes on foot or by bike. Misr Italia Properties has also announced the launch of two new phases, “La Natura” and “la Valle”, at Il BOSCO City. “La Natura” and “La Valle” will house 220 units and are scheduled to be delivered by 2025.
