Nine months before the pre-set delivery schedule, Memaar Development Company – the largest real estate developer in the New Cairo area – began handing over a number of units of its new medical administrative, commercial “Clove Mall” project to customers.
This, a senior company official said, comes as a continuation of what the company has started by expanding in the Fifth Settlement areas and establishing many residential, commercial and administrative projects in various neighborhoods and with best designs.
Ahmed Saeed, head of the commercial sector at Memaar Development, said that the Clove Mall is built on an area of 4,200 square metres in the “El-Koronfel” area with a volume of investments of up to LE200 million.
Being close to Suez Road and North Teseen Street, and many residential areas such as the Koronfel Villas, Tamarina Villas, Beit Al-Watan, and al-Rehab City, the mall will serve a broad sector of the population of New Cairo, he said.
He added that the project includes 92 commercial, medical and administrative units with spaces starting from 35 square metres and installment periods of up to 48 months. The mall also features waiting areas for those who frequently visit clinics.
