Meamar Real Estate Development Group has launched its latest project, Zahwah Residence, the first smart compound in Sadat City, as part of the company’s expansion plan in new cities.
During a large ceremony held to mark the launch of the project and attended by a large number of public figures, parliamentarians, representatives of the New Urban Communities Authority, Mohamed Sobhi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Meamar Real Estate Development Group, stressed the group’s intention to provide distinguished projects that suit the clients of the Menoufia Governorate and serve the West Delta region.
Such projects, he added, will be new in terms of idea and implementation, noting that the “Zahwa Residence” is the third for the group in Sadat City.
“The Zahwa was preceded by the “Downtown Sadat”, a commercial, administrative and entertainment project built on an area of 17 thousand square meters, and includes the latest tourist walkway in the Menoufia Governorate. The “Healing Healthcare” international hospital was the second for the group and owns many medical facilities in a number of new cities,” CEO Sobhi said.
For his part, Ahmed Saeed, head of the commercial sector at Meamar Development Group, said that the Zahwa Residence is a dream for Meamar, through which it seeks to change the housing pattern in the Delta region.
Built on an area of 90 thousand square meters, the Zahwa Residence includes apartments and duplexes with areas starting from 120 square meters up to 350 square meters, Saeed noted.
The area of the compound is divided into 50/50 for the residential/ entertainment purposes, he said, noting that the project implementation schedule is 4 years.
Considered one of the first companies to operate in the New Cairo City, the Meamar Real Estate Development Group has now a long-standing experience of 25 years. In addition to the map of projects and diversified land portfolios, the company also owns several major commercial and administrative malls, most notably the “Clove Mall”, and “Prime Mall”.
