Marota Developments, one of the leading real estate development companies, intends to launch a new phase within its distinguished project Mastro in New Administrative Capital, after the high customer turnout.
Walid Shoman, head of commercial sector at Marota Developments, said that the company will offer exclusive and competitive offers on project units at the lowest price per square metre in the promenade and entertainment area during December.
He pointed out that the project witnessed a great customers turnout, added that the company is preparing to launch a new phase in the coming period.
For his part, Head of the marketing at Marota Developments Mohamed Elsherif stated, “The company is working to develop Mastro project according to the highest international standards, with the aim of providing a high-quality real estate product. This prompted us to contract with a number of major consultants in the Egyptian market to design and carry out the project, most notably Sabbour Consulting Office as an engineering supervisor for the project construction phases.
In addition to Raef Fahmy as general consultant who won the award for the best architect in the Middle East, Benaa Consulting Group as construction designer, and Hany Tawfik Consulting Office (HTCO) as electromechanics designer.” Elsherif added that Marota intends to begin delivering the mall within 3 years.
