Mabany Idris mulls over obtaining 100 acres in New Sheikh Zayed City, he explained. “The company seeks to execute serviced-apartments in Sheikh Zayed City owing to the growing interest in premium branding residences which are likely to show up in parallel  with the inauguration of the Egyptian Museum and the consequent pick-up in tourists arrivals West Cairo.

Mabany Idris is poised to launch Palm Gardens West Cairo over an area of 30 acres, as the project consists of multi-sized villas.

As regards Asayla New Assiut, Upper Egypt’s first fully integrated compound, CEO of Mabany Edris said that the company has finalised the promotion of the project as a whole and expects selling all units soon. Nevertheless, the project booked astounding sales in the face of Coronavirus outbreak, implying its distinctiveness and the presence of real, active demand for Upper Egypt’s cities, high-end units and serviced apartments.

Up to 30 per cent of the project’s constructions has been accomplished in conjunction with starting digging works at Holiday Inn hotel which is managed by InterContinental Group IHG, as it is the first hotel in Upper Egypt to be run by a world-class company.
