The “LuLu Hypermarket” Egypt Group has opened its largest branch in Egypt at the Park Mall within the “Porto New Cairo” project.
Attended the opening ceremony were Dr Ali Moselhi, Minister of Supply and Internal Trade, Mr Jamal Fathallah, Board Chairman of Porto Real Estate Development, and Dr Ayman Bin Khalifa, Vice Chairman of Porto Real Estate Development and Eng Hisham Nasr, CEO of Porto New Cairo, and Mr Huzaifa Qureyshi, CEO of Lulu Hypermarket Egypt.
Board Chairman of Porto Real Estate Development Mr Fathallah expressed his happiness for the opening of the largest and most modern hypermarket branch in “Park Mall” of the Porto New Cairo project, an integrated commercial mall located on an area of 55.000 square metres with a rental area of 33.500 square metres.
Other than the outdoor spaces, the Park Mall includes a garage, accommodating more than 950 cars, and includes a group of the largest international brands, Mr Fathallah added.
For his part, Dr bin Khalifa, said that the hypermarket leased by the “LuLu Hypermarket” group will be the largest Egypt branch with a new concept; hence a set of features in its style, finishes, internal divisions as well as modern and unique exhibits.
The mall has distinguished location in the “Park Mall” in the Porto New Cairo project with two facades, one on North 90th Street and the other on the South 90th Streets, a matter that makes it unique in the entire New Cairo area, bin Khalifa said, adding that the hypermarket occupies an area of 9,500 square metres.
He stressed that the company has an ambitious plan to make the mall the preferred destination for shopping in New Cairo and nearby cities through providing service and entertainment activities that meet the needs of all family members and attract major brands.
