I Capital launches Cloud 7 project in NAC

I Capital Development – a real estate development subsidiary of Jadeer Real Estate Group – has launched its first project in Downtown area of the New Administrative Capital (NAC). Named the Cloud 7 Business Complex, the project is a commercial, administrative, medical and hotel tower in the most unique location of the Downtown area.

Considered an advantage and added value of the project is its presence in the heart of the New Administrative Capital and in one of the most vital areas that witness the gathering of all commercial and administrative activities in the giant national project.

The project is minutes away from the Central Monorail Station, the new Opera House building and the Al-Masa Hotel, and is very close to the government district, the Presidential Palace and the House of Deputies.

For his part, Eng. Mahmoud Abu Al-Khair, Board Chairman of the company, said that Jadeer Real Estate Group has a long history in the Egyptian real estate market dated back to 2006, during which the company has succeeded in finalising work in New Cairo, 6th of October City and Sheikh Zayed.

“With investments exceeding LE650 million, the project is the first of its kind for Jadeer Group in the field of commercial and administrative projects,” Abu Al-Khair said, adding that the company started receiving reservations for the first phase of the project, which witnessed a great turnout.

Being built on an area of 3,000 square metres, the Cloud 7 Business Complex comprises a ground floor and 14 upper floors in the Panorama site on two main streets and with a direct entrance from the northern Bin Zayed Axis and the Green River, Board Chairman Abu Al-Khair added.

For his part, head of commercial sector at I Capital Ahmed Mahdi referred to the importance of this offer for the company, as it seeks to become a success partner in the political leadership’s initiative towards developing the New Capital to be a new republic.

The head of the marketing sector at the company, Ahmed Abdel Aziz, explained that the market has many important and promising opportunities that the company seeks to take advantage of. Preparations are underway for officially launching the project during the next few days.
