Homeberry’s latest project “Median Residence” is an integrated urban project with 4 billion pounds targeted sales, located on an area of 22 acres. It serves 1400 residential units and 100 commercial ones. Delivery is planned to be in 4 years.
Homeberry provides to Ezan professional advice on strategy, sales, marketing, branding, operations, and IT. They conducted marketing studies to assess the finest apartment sizes and layouts for the project, alongside with the most wanted payment plan.
