The Chairman and CEO of HDG (Heliopolis Developers Group) Real Estate Company, Tarek Abdullatif, has reiterated the company’s focus on completing the implementation work at sites, handing over projects, connecting facilities and resolving any customer-related problems.

He also affirmed the company’s leadership in the quality of its projects and its commitment to the best world specifications.

The chairman’s affirmation came during the group’s annual Iftar party, in the presence of a number of media professionals and journalists so long as a number of company leaders and employees. The executive position of the current projects and the group’s future plans were featured high during the party.

“During 2021, the company’s next investment will also be announced in the housing sector, with investments amounting to more than 2 billion pounds,” Abdullatif said.

Moataz Abdel Shafi, designated member for Technical Affairs, said that the company carried out works at a value of LE200 million last year.

He explained that: “The external and internal finishes, electricity networks, sanitation, air conditioning and landscape have been completed in the first phase of the “El Korba Heights New Heliopolis” project, and work is underway on the external and internal finishes of the second phase, which is scheduled to be delivered by 2021. The third phase of the project will be delivered by 2022”.

As for the “New Korba” and “Sarayat El Korba” projects, the two projects are 100% complete in services and landscaping works, he said, pointing out that all the works and finishes of the Korbenta resort and Trivoli are being completed, and about 65% of the units have been delivered, with the remainder to be delivered by 2021.

Mohamed Antar, Company’s Cs Director, said that more than 2,000 clients have been dealt with, and 90% of customer requests has been answered.

He added that the delivery rates in ‘New Korba’ project have reached more than 90% and that all buildings there are in advanced stages.

The party featured an awarding ceremony for those who distinguished themselves in work and contributed in achieving the company’s goals in all sectors.
