“First Group” launches “Silva” in Sheikh Zayed with LE750m in investments

The First Group, a leading real estate development company in the western Cairo region, announced the launch of the “Silva” project in Sheikh Zayed region on an area of ​​20 feddans with a total investment of LE750 million, Eng Bashir Moustafa, CEO of First Group, said.

Moustafa added – during a press conference held by the company to announce the project’s details and the company’s plans and strategy in the Egyptian market during the coming period – that the “Silva” project is an integrated residential community consisting of villas in the most distinguished places in Sheikh Zayed.

He pointed out that the project comes within the framework of the company’s strategy in development and implementation of various urban projects being diversified in terms of designs, services, nature of projects and their locations to suit all clients.

This, he also said, is part of the expansion plan set by the company for the next five years and its focus on the presence in a number of distinctive areas with investment opportunities.

Characterised by unique architectural designs and various spaces for twin villas, twin houses, and stand alone villas, the project will be completed in two years term.

Mohamed Abdel-Murdi, head of the company’s commercial sector, said that the coming period will witness a number of distinguished projects that the company will implement within its ambitious strategic plan, explaining that the “Silva” Sheikh Zayed project will be one of the most important projects of First Group in terms of project quality, design and services, to be one of the most competitive projects attracting the customers in this region.

Located directly on the Dahshur link, the “Silva” project Sheikh Zayed, is 5 minutes drive from the Mall of Arabia and the Nile University, Abdel-Murdi said, adding that the company put the project for sale with payment facilities for up to 8 years.
