Enwan Developments Company announced its success in marketing the first phase of “Life Medical Tower” project completely, during the first days of launching it, which reflects the excellence of the project in all its details, and the company’s reputation and credibility with clients.
Eng. Mohamed Salem, Chairman of Enwan Developments, said that the company’s success in achieving these record sales and completion of launching the whole phase in record time, reflects the distinction of the company’s name in the market, and the presence of a real estate product capable to be the winner of competition in the Administrative Capital, besides applying a marketing plan that takes into account all the needs of the targeted client and provides what suits him.
He added that the project is located on an area of 2,000 square meters in the Downtown of the New Administrative Capital, and the project is characterized by 3 distinct views, and includes 3 garage floors, a ground floor, and 14 recurring floors, the ground floor is dedicated for commercial activity, and the rest of the floors are a complex of medical clinics for all specialties, which are fully equipped to suit this purpose, taking into consideration the details of the medical use of these units, as there is a waste landfill in each medical clinic, and the floors will be made to take into account the medical use.
He pointed that the first phase represents approximately 35% of the project, and the second phase of the project will be launched during the first quarter of 2023, as there is a marketing plan for the project based on launching it on 3 sales stages, and a contract was signed with specialized company in managing medical facilities to be responsible for managing the project, after its operation, in order to maintain the level of quality that is provided to the project’s clients and visitors.
He noted that the company contracted with Azure Consultant Office, to carry out the engineering supervision of the project, and it is planned to start excavation work in the project during the next year, provided that delivery will begin in 2026, and the company plans to work with the highest standards of speed and quality for implementation and delivery according to the scheduled dates with clients.
He said that the company is implementing two other projects in the New Administrative Capital, including “Pixel” project, which is the first commercial administrative mall specialized in technology in the Administrative Capital, and the second one is “Oxygen” project, which is the largest gathering of clinics for all specialties in the Capital.
