Real estate company El-Khalifa Group launched K Malaga project, an Andalusian-style residential compound in Hadayek October, west Cairo.
Chairman of El-Khalifa Group Amr Khalifa said that the project is situated on 10 acres, comprises 29 buildings consisting of a ground floor and three floors totalling 300 units. Moreover, the project includes duplexes, penthouses and apartments with various sizes and spaces starting from 130 sqm.
Khalifa added that K Malaga project is designed in Andalusian style, inspired by the Andalusian Malaga city.
He noted that the project is characterised by a strategic geographic location, as it is located in southern extension areas of 6th of October city, 20km away from Mall of Egypt, 26km from Mall of Arabia and Juhayna Square, 15km from the Ring Road, 17km away from Al Remaya Square and Al-Haram Street.
The K Malaga compound encompasses several services, green spaces, industrial lakes, a sports walkway, a children’s play area, a natural ventilation system, a mosque, underground garages, 24/7 security and guarding services, in addition to a commercial mall to provide integrated services to the project’s residents, he elaborated.
He explained that the price per square meter starts from LE6,500, pointed out that units are offered with payment systems starting from 6 years up to 8 years, and the project will be delivered within 3 years of contracting with clients.
He disclosed that EL-Khalifa Group seeks to provide innovative ideas that combine originality and sophistication as well as deliver necessary needs for its customers. Additionally, the company is also working on developing a comprehensive strategy for the future of the real estate market in Egypt to provide the best quality at an affordable price and forming a long-term partnership with its customers.
EL-Khalifa Group had developed distinguished projects in the areas of Hadayek El-Ahram and Hadayek October. Accordingly, the company decided to expand its projects and launch the K Malaga compound as the first integrated residential compound developed by the company in the market, through which it seeks to present an integrated model for a residential project with a unique quality, Khalifa concluded.
