Since its launch in 2014, the ConCreative Consultancy has been able to complete more than 200 projects in 13 Arab and foreign countries, including: “Egypt, the Sultanate of Oman, Qatar, Austria, Libya, Kenya, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Uzbekistan, UAE.” It also worked till December 2020 with more than 150 clients of the largest companies, factories and real estate developers at an investment cost for the benefit of others estimated at LE950 billion, a senior company official said.
Dr. Ihab Dabouh, Board Chairman of ConCreative Consultancy, added the company was able to expand and open branches in Saudi Arabia and Austria and aims to expand further in Africa and Europe.
He also explained that the company works as an integrated consultant; hence the company’s experiences in multiple areas, most notably sustainable urban planning, which includes economic feasibility studies, site-specific assessments, environmental and social impact, asset assessment, and energy-saving special studies.
The company also carries out architectural design works in a creative and distinguished manner, in addition to the structural designs, which are characterised by the formulation of a creative, economical engineering art.
In a related context, Dr. Bahaa Wagdy, Business Development Manager at ConCreative Consultancy, confirmed that the company is currently working on 20 projects in different regions and governorates with an investment cost of LE250 billion.
“We are studying offers for 12 projects ranging between design, integrated engineering consultancy, supervision, and management. Such projects are implemented in the New Administrative Capital, Sharm El Sheikh, New Cairo, 6th of October and the North Coast,” Wagdy added.
“Besides engaging in a number of finished and under-construction projects, we are also restructuring the company in line with the latest global technologies in business management; in addition to developing a long-term business strategy that will enable the company achieve its expansion goals in the engineering consultancy sector,” he also said.
Within the framework of the company’s social responsibility, “we launched an initiative to link academic studies with the labor market in the engineering field, with a main aim of training university students in various faculties of engineering and fine arts, and connect them to the labor market,” Wagdi said, revealing out that the company seeks to train and qualify 1,000 students for the labor market until 2022.
