Concept Developments Company announced starting strong construction works in “SENET 1” project in the New Administrative Capital, among the company’s plan to work according to a strong time schedule that depends on speed, accuracy and quality in implementation.
Ehab Aboelmagd, Chairman of Concept Developments, said that the company has a plan to accelerate the implementation rates in the project besides maintaining the highest quality standards, provided that implementation is done according to the announced design and all the specific details and elements agreed upon with clients, in order to maintain client’s confidence and the company’s credibility.
He added that the company plans to implement a project that will be a distinctive sign in the Down Town in the Administrative Capital, which is done by focusing on all the project’s details, taking into account applying sustainability standards in the project, which has become a global trend in all real estate projects, assuring that the company keens to implement the project according to international and local standards.
He noted that “SENET 1” project is a commercial, administrative and medical project, and it is located in the Downtown area near El Massa Hotel and Bin Zayed Axis, including a ground, 8 floors and a garage, and the areas of the units designated for commercial activity range between 25 and 100 meters, and the medical units start from 18 meters and reaches 100 meters, and the administrative units’ areas range between 30 and 100 meters.
He pointed that the implementation works take 24 months since allocating the project’s land, and the company works with all its efforts to end implementation according to this time schedule, especially with the strong support of the Administrative Capital Company for which is located in the city to speed up the rates of implementation of various projects and facilitate the granting of licenses.
