Concept Developments is set to launch its new SENET project in the New Administrative Capital, with a total investment of LE200 million, a senior company official said.

Eng Ehab Aboelmagd, Chairman of Concept Developments, added that the SENET is a medical, administrative, commercial project located in the Downtown area near the Al Masa Hotel and the Bin Zayed Corridor.

“Consisting of 8 vertical floors and a garage, the project includes units designated for commercial activity with spaces ranging between 25 and 100 metres, others for medical activity with spaces from 18 metres up to 100 metres, and also others for administrative activity with spaces ranging between 30 and 100 metres,” Aboelmagd said.

He stressed that the project includes central air conditioning system, security services and smart operating systems, and that the project is set to be delivered within 42 months from the date the company obtains the project licence.

“Including a part to be run on solar energy, in accordance with the requirements of the Administrative Capital for Urban Development Company and in co-operation with Dr Hussam Abdel-Majid, general consultant for the project, the company plans for the project to be a distinctive landmark in the NAC Downtown area; hence glass facades and many technical elements that have been taken into account while designing the project.

He pointed out that choosing the new capital to embrace the project comes within the framework of the importance of the city as a promising national project, especially with the start of relocating the government apparatus there, and the state’s determination to implement its comprehensive urban development plan there, regardless of the size of the challenges.
