The “Catalyst Developments” Real Estate Company has adopted a flexible strategy in dealing with the coronavirus crisis that helped kept the implementation pace while preserving the safety of its employees, a senior company official said.

Moataz Abdel Shafi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Catalyst Developments, added that during 2020 all works were carried out in accordance with international standards and that the company pumped LE325 million during the mentioned year.

Abdel Shafi statements came during the annual Iftar party the company organised to honor the employees, who distinguished themselves and contributed to the successful company performance.

Abdel Shafi unveiled that the total company’s portfolio in the administrative, commercial and medical projects in New Cairo City amounts to 5 projects with investments amounting to about LE4.5 billion, which makes the company the first and largest developer of commercial and administrative projects there.

On the most prominent features of the company’s future plans, Abdel Shafi spoke of the company’s plan to launch a new administrative business project during the last quarter of 2021, and other new projects during 2022. The size of the new projects may reach more than LE3 billion.

He added that the implementation rate of the “Cairo Capital Center (CCC)” project has reached 95%, and that the company has begun delivering units to customers to complete the finishing works. The project will be finally delivered next June.

As for the two “North Plus” projects, the external and internal finishes, electricity, air conditioning and fire networks as well as all services for the project have been completed, he said, adding that the trial operation of the project has begun, with distinctive brands being utilised in this regard.

Regarding “Elegantly” project, the units have been handed over to clients, and that the administrative and medical part of the project will be operational in June 2021, he said, pointing out that “on the Business Plus project, all concrete works have been completed and 80% of the exterior and interior finishing, air conditioning, electricity and fire-fighting system have been implemented. The project will be delivered by the end of 2021”.

The first and second phases of the “Ozone” project, the largest full-service medical complex in New Cairo, will be delivered by during 2021, he explained.

Sherif Abdel Shafi, Managing Director of Catalyst Developments, expressed his gratitude over the distinguished projects and partnerships the company fulfills with distinguished clients during the past period.

Fawkia Elawadi, Chef commercial officer, said that the total sales percentage in the company’s entire projects has reached 86%, which reflects the strong effort made by the company’s team and the distinction of real estate projects offered.
