Capital Hills Developments succeeded has completed 50% of the construction of the “Park Yard” project in the heart of 6th of October City.

Mohamed Salah, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Capital Hills Developments, said that the Park Yard project is located in the most prominent area in the heart of the 6th of October City, on the main Tahrir axis, close to 6th of October University and Al-Hosary Mosque Mosque, as Capital Hills moves from Downtown New Capital to Downtown October.

He added that the mixed-use project includes commercial, administrative, medical, and entertainment activities. The project also includes a group of franchise, given its distinguished location in the heart of the city, in the middle of the residential block, universities and main squares in the city.

Salah pointed out that the project over an area of about 11,200 square metres, includes basement, ground floor, and 3 storey, at investments of about one billion pounds.

Pointing out that the project is being implemented in two phases, and the first phase is scheduled to be delivered within 12 months, with the entire project to be delivered during the year 2023.

Capital Hills, through Park Yard, presents a new concept in the world of malls and shopping. The project meets the requirements of various activities in terms of spaces and designs. The project includes different spaces starting from 24 metres for administrative, 58 metres for medical, in addition to duplexes and different spaces for shops. The company will change Investment concept in Sixth of October City.

The company also offers various facilities and payment and payment systems, with repayment periods of up to 10 years in equal installments, for the first time in the Sixth of October City.

Chairman of the Board of Directors of Capital Hills added that the company is preparing to start construction on its projects in the Administrative Capital Point 9 and Point 11, during the coming period, according to the specified time plans.
