Better House for Real Estate Investment is set to launch a new project in the new city of Galala next month, on an area of ​​56 feddans.

Located in the most distinguished areas of the New Galala City, the project is at an altitude of 750 meters above sea level, said Mina Andraus, Vice Chairman of the Company.

The expected investments for the project exceed LE3 billion and that it would be implemented over a maximum of three years from the date on which the project was put up for sale.

“The project is expected to be sold in two phases only, at prices starting from LE21.900. With spaces starting from 60 square meters, the project comprises all types of units; namely studios, townhouses, twin-houses, villas, hotel apartments in addition to two hotels,” the Vice Chairman said.

He added that the company is in the process of contracting with one of the largest international companies in hotel management; hence achieving investment returns for such hotel units owners.

The project contains all the services that allow the customer enjoy a fun time within the project, he said, pointing out that a forest containing many pets that could be used to deliver orders to customers is being implemented. Such tradition is adopted in a number of Asian countries.

He emphasized that the project designs work to spread the positive energy in the place and that the company is in the process of contracting with specialists for positive energy therapy. The project also contains the largest positive energy therapy center in the Middle East.
