Arqa Development Group, a pioneering real estate developer, reiterated its interest in human capital and investment in employees, especially young ones, as this is positively reflected in the company performance and its continuous progress in the Egyptian real estate market.
Expressing the ADG’s stance was Mr Ahmed Gamal al-Din, CEO of the Group, during a Suhoor party the company organised to its clients. Chairman of the Board of Directors, Eng Mahrous Al-Zaini, and Mr Hany Kamel, Director of Customer Service, were present in the party.
Held at the Marriott Hotel, the party was presented by the famous broadcaster Khaled Eleish, while the singer Aida Al-Ayoubi sang for the party in her first appearance after her return to Egypt.
The ceremony featured a review of some proposed investment plans for the company’s clients, with the CEO Gamal al-Din speaking about the company’s achievements during the previous period and its large sales volume, and the start of construction work of the ‘I Business Park Towers’ project.
Mr Khaled Abdel Nasser, a Sales Manager, also presented the company’s vision for launching the second phase of the project after Eid al-Fitr immediately. He was quoted as saying “The second phase is a complete new project in the Downtown area of the New Administrative Capital, as the company will offer for the first time two commercial floors and a full administrative tower with a height of 20 floors”.
Ahmed Ziadeh, Arqa Marketing Director, confirmed that this party is for the company’s contracting customers (Arqa family), and that another very huge ceremony will be followed soon after Eid al-Fitr for the marketed companies (Partners of Success).
