Al Borouj Misr Developments, announces the signing of an agreement with Savills Egypt, one of the world’s leading property consultants. Under this strategic collaboration, Savills Egypt will provide property, leasing, Marketing and sales for the projects (6ixty Business Park & 6ixty Business Corporate) at (NAC).
Since the launching of Savills Egypt in 2019, Savills Egypt has quadrupled in size, with over 100 employees to date. Savills brings the Egyptian market a wide range of specialist services from financial and investment advice to valuation, planning, strategic consulting, executing and property management as well as marketing and corporate services. Savills Egypt is a consultant for the largest real estate developers across the country.
Hazem El-Sherif, Chairman of the Board of Directors, stated that Al-Borouj Misr Developments, is interested in developing and investing on the financial district at (NAC), and he noted that the Al-Borouj Misr was one of the first to invest in the new capital, offering the 6ixty Business Park, 6ixty Three, and 6ixty Corporate 3 projects to combine large corporations’ headquarters.
He explained that the company succeeded in handing over the “6ixty Business Park” project, paying attention to its engineering details, and implementing the project with the best materials to achieve the highest standards of quality and safety. Al-borouj Misr, is planning to invest in the Fifth Settlement and Heliopolis for various administrative, commercial and hotel projects. It also plans to expand externally in integrated urban projects in the Gulf countries.

He explained that an agreement was reached with DSA architects international to prepare the engineering drawings for the project.
