Akadia Real Estate Development Company held a ceremony to honor its employees for achieving sales of LE500 million, more than 60% of the company’s New Administrative Capital second project, Pagoda Business Tower.
Akadia CEO Hanna Raouf said that: “Despite the current competition between many real estate players working in the New Administrative Capital and the delays in the sales movement due to the consequences of the global economic crisis, we succeeded in achieving sales that exceeded 60% of the company’s second project – Pagoda Business Tower, thanks to the company employees’ togetherness and teamwork spirit.”
This, he added, goes in tandem with the continuous study of the market situation, and working on knowing customers’ needs and meeting their investment desires.
Established on an area of 3,111Sqm2 in the central business district, the “Pagoda Business Tower” project is a commercial-administrative project with areas starting from 20Sqm2, with prices starting from 24-45 thousand per square meter for administrative units, and from 140-810 thousand per square meter for commercial units, Raouf said.
The project is planned to be delivered by the end of 2025, he also said.
Raouf pointed out that the company’s sales volume is currently stand at one billion Egyptian pounds, as the sales of the first project amounted to LE400 million, nearly 90% of the value of the project units. The sales of the second NAC project amounted to LE500 million, the value of over 60% of the project’s units.
Aya Hamza, Akadia Director of Marketing, said that the attendees praised, during the ceremony, the successes realized by the company and the solidarity of all employees and their efforts in achieving the sales targets.
