Alfath Group (AFG), one of the leading real estate development companies, announced the launch of its new project, “Sky Bridge Signature Hub”, in the Downtown Area of the New Administrative Capital.

Salah El-Din El-Hilali, Chairman of the Board of Directors, revealed that the project enjoys a strategic and vital location, as it is located on 3 corners, a main street with a width of 70 metres, a 30-metre tourist walkway, as well as a garden of 4 acres, steps away from the Great Mosque of Egypt.

The project, he added, is an extension of the company’s successful projects, as Al-Fath Group AFG has succeeded over 35 years in developing many urban communities in the Middle East, North Africa, and the Gulf countries.

Built to be a commercial, administrative, and hospitality complex that spans over 4 acres, the complex comprises four basements, two commercial floors, and 12 administrative floors, in addition to a hotel. The commercial and administrative units start from 35 sqm, while areas of the serviced apartments (branded residences) start from 56 sqm, Sherif Al-Ghazali, head of the commercial sector, said.

Prices of the commercial units starts from LE81,000/m in the ground floor without finishing, while prices for the first floor starts from LE70,000/m. For administrative units, prices start from LE18,000/m and units are fully finished. Meanwhile, the serviced apartments (branded residences) start from LE24,000/m.

Ahmed Abdel Salam, director of real estate development in the company, added that the company contracted with a group of major consulting companies in the Egyptian market and the Arab region were to complete the project.

The “Sky Bridge” project presents a new concept in the world of smart building for the first time in the Administrative Capital, he said, pointing out that smart designs for real estate projects have become a cornerstone in consulting and architectural designs, where technological solutions impose themselves.
