48 real estate companies participate in The National Expo at AlQubbah Palace from 9-11 July

48 real estate development companies are participating with exclusive offers in the “National Expo” in its fourth edition, which is being held for the first in Egypt at the Presidential Al Qubbah Palace, as the most important real estate event focusing on national projects developed by the state with the participation of real estate developers from 9-11 July.

Moataz Askar, CEO of the “National Exhibition” company for organizing real estate exhibitions, said, The National Expo is the beginning of the launch of an event that will be the most important and largest in the Egyptian real estate market, in light of the real estate exhibitions of great importance in the rate of sales of real estate development companies.

Askar explained that all procedures and promotion of exhibitions are being prepared through the largest advertising campaign in the real estate market with the aim of adequate representation of the national real estate exhibition industry, in addition to facilitating real estate companies participating in reaching customers and achieving targeted sales.

Askar added that during the activities of the “National Expo”, 120 different real estate projects will be presented for the major real estate companies in the market, which vary between residential, administrative, commercial, service and entertainment projects, payment systems, facilities, and exclusive discounts during the days of the exhibition, in addition to the diversity in the quality of real estate products offered in line with the requirements of customers. Those who wish to live and invest.

The list of real estate companies participating in the “National Expo” includes (BOROUQ – MBG – SOROUH – RADIX – MENASSAT – MARDEV – NEW JERSEY – SNC – DAHAB – GV – AJNA – MAROTA – KHALED SABRY –EMTELAK – ARQA – NILE – OIA – JD – GT – UC –BARON – I CAPITAL – CAPITAL LINK – OUD – EL FATH – BETTER HOME – TAJ MISR – AL ASHRAF – CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT STARS – BUROUJ – TLD – RIVAN – AQAR- CCR – RED).

Ahmed Waked, Executive Director of the “National Expo” company for organizing real estate exhibitions, said that the exhibition, in its fourth edition, aims to achieve contractual sales worth 7 billion pounds for the benefit of the real estate development companies participating during the days of the exhibition, especially since exclusive offers will be presented from developers in the exhibition time.

Waked explained that all preparations and equipment for visitors to the exhibition have been completed, including the provision of transportation, garages for visitors’ cars, insurance work, and the provision of equipped places at the highest level, as the first real estate event to be held in a presidential palace.

The Executive Director of the National Expo, expected that the exhibition would receive 15,000 visitors during the period from 9-11 July, especially as it is the most important real estate exhibition that promotes national projects developed by the state in cooperation with the private sector, in addition to the customers’ desire to know more about all real estate projects of all kinds in one place, which is What the exhibition provides during its activities.

From his part, Ismail El-Sherbiny, head of the commercial sector, said that the National Real Estate Exhibition will be the official gate for exporting Egyptian real estate abroad through a series of real estate exhibitions that the company plans to launch in the coming period externally in the countries of the Gulf region with the aim of promoting national projects developed by the state and private sector projects represented by real estate development companies.

El-Sherbiny explained that the fourth edition of the National Expo aims to achieve the sales targets of the participating real estate companies during the third quarter of this year, in addition to providing many opportunities for those wishing to live and invest in the new administrative capital and other new cities.
