In a move that strengthens international academic cooperation, Marywood University in Pennsylvania and the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport announced the expansion of their two-year partnership.

The announcement follows a visit by Professor Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghafar Ismail Farag, President of the Arab Academy, during which both institutions agreed to broaden global opportunities, joint programmes, and academic pathways available to their students.

Marywood University highlighted the depth of its relationship with the Academy, stating:

“Marywood University and the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport have been growing together for two years — and now, we are excited to offer even more global opportunities, programs, and degree pathways for our students.”

Professor Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghafar emphasized the significance of the partnership in reinforcing the Academy’s position as a leading educational and research institution in the region. He noted that collaboration with reputable international universities such as Marywood opens new horizons for students, giving them access to advanced curricula and modern educational technologies.
