CAIRO – The German Agency for International Cooperation or (GIZ) is cooperating with the Ministry of Industry and Trade to launch a programme to support the small and medium-scale enterprises in the chemical industries and packaging sector.
In a statement posted on its Facebook page, GIZ said the programme aims at accelerating the growth of SMEs in the chemical industries and packaging sector.
The programme will be implemented in partnership with the Chamber of Chemical Industries, the Printing and Packaging Industries Chamber, the Chemical Industries Export Council and the Printing and Packaging Export Council along with the Projects Promotion Agency.
The program aims at helping 60 companies in the targeted sectors through the four-month programme to achieve high growth rates through offering them a package of consultative services and a strategic growth plan along with offering technical support in marketing and distribution in the local market.
