CAIRO – Head of the Board of Trustees of the German International University (GIU) at the New Administrative Capital Julius George Loy has discussed with members of a high-level delegation from the German-Arab Chamber of Industry and Commerce opportunities for joint co-operation in the fields of industry and innovation; with a view to linking higher education and scientific research with the national industry.
The meeting touched on boosting German investments in Egypt, the GIU at the New Administrative Capital said in a statement Thursday.
It also tackled means of benefiting from German expertise in the field of modern technologies in order to locally transfer them, as well as build a new generation of innovators who can contribute to finding solutions to industry problems in Egypt and across the world, the statement added.
