CAIRO – Egyptian Minister of Trade and Industry Nivine Gamae said her ministry seeks to offer investors speedy and distinguished service through the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI) and the branches of he Project Development Authority of the Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across Egypt.
During an inspection tour of GAFI’s Investor Service Center (ISC) to make sure of investors’ satisfaction with services and stand on facilitations offered to investors and companies’ representatives seeking to obtain licenses, the minister said work is afoot for finalizing an incentive system, as well as new measures meant to promote industrial investments.
She toured the ISC and checked on services offered through its single window system which provides a very practical means of improving performance.
GAFI Chief Executive Director Mohamed Abdel-Wahab accompanied the minister during the tour.
