CAIRO – The cabinet information center said Egypt has a leading position among African countries according to data released by the World Bank.
Egypt has the second largest economy in terms of the gross domestic product (GDP) in Africa according to data issued in 2022, the center said in an analysis on the economic growth in Africa.
The center also shed light on Egypt’s special geographical location with its important trade ports, citing a number of major development projects carried out under the current wise political leadership.
